OP marines - Vengeance bis

Yvonne smirked up at him, raising a single eyebrow as she unclasped the button that was holding up her long gown. Which pooled to her feet in a matter of a second. "Oh? I would love to hear this talk. It sounds pretty interesting", she purred.

"... You know I just made that up, I don't talk much when we're about to have some fun together," he laughed kindly, slightly embarassed. But that didn't prevent him from undressing completely, before he lifted her in his arms to bring her to the bed.

Yvonne laughed softly, letting him pick her up. She kissed him gently on the lips, holding herself against him to prevent a fall. "I know, dear. I was just teasing you", she smiled, pressing her forehead against his.

Donovan chuckled and kissed her back, as he laid her down on the mattress. He didn't part with her at all though, pressing himself against her body. "Gosh, I love you so much," he whispered.

Yvonne sighed happily, burying her face in his shoulder, kissing the lower part of his neck softly, gently. "I love you too", she whispered back against his skin, her hands on his back. "So much."

Donovan kissed her neck too, then her cheek, and her lips, as he finally got her rid of the remaining parts of her clothes, so he could freely caress her whole body.

Yvonne shivered slightly, one of her hands softly pushing on the back of Donovan's head so that she could deepen the kiss. Her other hand wandered freely on his back, tracing the spine with feather like touches.

A shiver ran down Donovan's spine along with Yvonnne's fingers, and he sighted softly against her lips as she deepened the kiss, happily responding to her every moves.

Yvonne opened her mouth, inviting him with a gentle flick of her tongue against his. She rested one of her legs on his back, pressing him down against her, letting out a sigh of delight.

The next morning, Donovan stretched fully in bed, a bit tired. Granted, he hadn't been very quiet that past night. Thinking about it, he threw an amused glance to Yvonne by his side. Well. In the hypothesis that Yvonne was still by his side.

And his eyes met an empty bed, because Yvonne was very much not there at his side. And nowhere to be seen in the room, actually.

Donovan got slightly worried when he noticed it. He got up quickly, and went for the bathroom, hoping he would find her there. "Yvonne ?"

No trace of Yvonne in the bathroom either. She had probably showered though. The floor was still slightly wet. But on the mirror he could see there was a little note stuck. "I didn't want to wake you up~ I'll be downstairs having breakfast. Find me there. -Yvonne"

Donovan sighed in relief, took a quick shower and got dressed to go downstairs, to meet with Yvonne.

Yvonne was sitting at one table, talking with Roxanne. Sophia was nowhere to be seen. They both had a very serious face, especially Roxanne, which was frowning while Yvonne was apparently trying to explain something.

Donovan felt the weight in his chest disappear completely, and he even smiled as he sat down at the table with them. "Good morning. Did I miss something ?"

Yvonne looked at him and her expression distended in a smile. "Morning, dear. Slept well? I hope I didn't make you worry!" Roxanne pouted a bit, then sighed. "Well, shall we order breakfast in the meantime?" She called for a waiter, raising her hand.

"Nah, it's ok," Donovan told Yvonne, as he smiled at her. "So, what did you have time to talk about ?"

"Oh, we were just getting nostalgic. You know, talking about old times, and daughters... I was wondering where mine could be right now." Yvonne smiled. "Oh, Sophia would probably know, she is always writing the others", Roxanne said carelessly, ordering for her breakfast.

Donovan smiled kindly at Yvonne. "Why wouldn't you try to find her when this mission is over ?"

Yvonne lightly shook her head with a smile. "It's not necessary. She promised she will come find me, when she will be back from her current job." She gestured for the waiter and ordered breakfast for herself too, before looking back at Roxanne. "Well, now that we are here, we can talk about the informations you promised us."

Donovan set all of his attention on Roxanne now, quite curious indeed. "What can you tell us about those men ?"

Roxanne rested her chin on one of her hands, deep in thought. "I have been observing them since the first day I got here, and there are lots of things that are quite off. I've often seen pirates getting caught in the morning and then got freed again silently in the middle of the night. Of course it's never the 'big ones'. So I've made my researches and, while the official version they have is they use them as informers, I know for certain that the captains pay Marines a big sum of money for this, at least once a week. Always in the same place, at the same hour."

"Do you know which place and at which hour? That might help us a great deal." Donovan smiled, and turned to Yvonne. "We might finish this mission sooner than expected."

"My daughter knows", Roxanne answered with a knowing grin, finally receiving her cup of tea. "She should be back in a minute. But, talking about those three captains, I should inform you that they can use haki and one of them is a devil fruit user."
