Donovan snorted. "Please, Yvonne, I already told you you're not old," he said with a smile, as he kissed her forehead.

Yvonne smirked. "I know I am not~" She kissed his throat, her arms around his neck. "And I know you're not that kind of guy... anymore. Or else I wouldn't have pursued anything with you in the first place. Not even for your charm~"

Donovan's smile narrowed a bit, as he held her close. "Yeah. You changed me," he told her as he kissed her brow again, and again.

"I hope for the best", she whispered, caressing his cheek tenderly, her gaze softening. She pressed herself against him, holding him to her. She relished in those moments of tenderness.

"Mmmh I wouldn't be so sure about that. There's such a few self-control left in me to prevent me from suggesting we undress and spend the rest of the day here in bed," he joked kindly.

Yvonne laughed heartily. "Careful with your self control. I need it, since apparently I left mine back at the base", she joked back, smiling up at him. "So, since you don't want to lose the last shreds of it - what should we do? We told Roxanne we would have met her tomorrow." She got a bit serious again. "We do need her informations, after all."

"Then we will meet Roxane tomorrow. And make sure that you don't leave this room for the rest of the day. Sounds like a nice plan," Donovan offered with a smile.

Yvonne laughed. "Yes, it does", she answered, resting her head on his chest. "You know, back in my younger days... Roxanne and I were part of the same group. I still don't know what we were. Not pirates for sure. Maybe just a bunch of young women with no prespective and a will to get revenge over the world." She sighed. "I guess that was the rebellious phase."

"That was after the death of your husband ?" Donovan asked as he ran his hand through her hair, with a soft voice.

Yvonne hummed, making a soft pleased noise at Donovan's finger touching her hair. "Yes. Roxanne, me, two other women and our four daughters. Roxanne named me as their captain, actually. And she nicknamed our crew..." She snorted, thinking back of it. "... the Merry Widows' crew."

Donovan couldn't help but hold back a laugh. "Waw. Sounded like much fun", he joked. "I do hope you don't plan on reassembling that team again, or it'd mean that I died too."

"Oh, I would never think of doing that", Yvonne cooed, kissing him softly on the lips. "I wouldn't forgive myself if something happened to you. And Roxanne would probably push me into the sea", she said with a smile.

Donovan laughed kindly. "Why would she throw you into the sea ? She doesn't know me. Maybe you'll poison me because I'm a pain in the ass, who knows."

"Aw, how lowly you think of me, Donovan", Yvonne sighed dramatically. "Maybe you will be the one who poisons me because I will be a pain in the ass, what about that", she smiled at him jokingly.

"Please Yvonne, we both know it won't happen. I don't know shit about poisons," Donovan answered with a cheeky grin.

"How lucky. Neither do I", Yvonne answered, grinning back at him. Then she stretched with a hum, sitting up on the bed. "Well, it is about time we get ready for bed, I guess. It isn't that late yet, but, since we are not moving from here before tomorrow morning..." She threw a glance at him.

"So we can finally undress, and stop pretending we're getting something done today ?" Donovan joked, as he straightened up as well to take off his shirt.

Yvonne laughed. "Seems so. I don't think Fleet Admiral would be happy to know we lose time on a mission as if we are on holidays. But, well. He is nowhere to be seen." She unbuttoned her blouse, sliding out of it.

"What a shame ~" Donovan got up, and laid his hands on her sides as he kissed her neck, before he helped her to undo her corset.

Yvonne smiled, arching her neck to give him more space. She let him undo her corset, then she took it off herself, gently. "You... became quite proficient at this", she smirked at him, hands ghosting over his chest.

"I have plenty of practice now," Donovan replied with a smile, as he caressed her back, and brought her closer for a soft, tender kiss.

Yvonne smiled into the kiss, one hand playing softly with his hair near his neck, the other on his back. She pressed herself against him. Her previous anger seemed to have melted away... or had it.

"Mh. I was planning on staying idle for the rest of the day, but... What do you think we should do ?" he asked her playfully, as one of his hand slowly slid to the bottom of her back.

Yvonne hummed with a small smile, pecking his lips again, both her hands teasingly caressing his back now. "Oh, I don't know", she answered jokingly. "What do you usually do when a woman is half naked in your same room?"

"Well I engage into a very serious talk regarding the fact that I could accidently slide out of my underwear and take her to bed as soon as she accidently does the same," Donovan answered with a cocky grin, as he undid the button of his own pants.
