Carleen smiled, and rested against Hornath, her heart light. "I have to warn you though. With a heavy axe, you won't stand much chance against me ~"

"... indeed. I thought that Horknath would have been drinking with him, at the very least," Valdyr though. "We should ask Yvan if he has seen him, when the doctors get out."

Horknath laughed. "We'll see what wins between strenght or agility. I may be heavy, but I am pretty sure I am physically stronger than you, Carleen." He kissed her again. Granted, that was night was probably the best he'd ever had.

"Yeah, we'll do that. On the other hand, though... I mean, he is a grown up. Maybe he managed to hook up with a girl and is having fun right now", Serah laughed. "That, or he got lost in the halls. Probably got lost."

"We'll see that tomorrow," Carleen replied with a soft smile. "If you don't mind it, I'm pretty tired right now... You sure are a lot to take," she whispered in his ear, on a teasing tone.

Valdyr snorted. "Horknath? He wouldn't 'hook up with a girl' on the first night. He's too shy for that. But he probably went around, yes. After all, he doesn't sleep as much as we do."

Horknath flushed, his face getting dark with embarrassment. "Well, I- it's not like I...", he grumbled a bit, scratching his beard. "R-rest well, if you are comfortable enough", he just answered in the end, keeping her close to him.

Serah laughed. "Yeah, that's true. Well, we should probably leave Yvan in the infirmary for tonight", she hummed, stretching. "Better go, have a good rest, and talk with lord Sakrish tomorrow morning. What do you think?"

Carleen laughed kindly, and kissed his cheek. "Good night Horknath. And thank you ~"

Valdyr nodded, and sighed. "Alright. Let's go back to our rooms, then." He said, walking back to their rooms with her then.

Horknath kissed her forehead, gently playing with her hair. "Oh, no, thank you, Carleen. And goodnight", he whispered back as he waited for her to fall asleep. He was a lot of things save from tired, right in that moment.

Serah hummed, walking at his side. "Wow, we're some clever beans. We found our way back!", she laughed, when they reached their rooms.

Carleen did fall asleep, since she was exhausted herself from both her trip, and the past few hours. Would Horknath even sleep that night?

Valdyr snorted. "I'm a dwarf. I can perfectly find my way inside a building, thank you."

Horknath fell asleep, just to wake up right when the sun was rising, then proceeding to gush about how beautiful Carleen looked, asleep in his arms.
He was smitten.

"Ah, yeah? Well, I am an elf. I said all. Our buildings are made like goddamn mazes", Serah quipped back, grinning at him. "... well. I guess we'll go to sleep then?", she added.

Valdyr nodded. "Good night, Serah. I'll see you tomorrow." He bowed his head to her, then went back to his room, to get some sleep.

And the next morning, Carleen woke up an hour after dawn, and smiled when she saw Horknath. "Hello there ~"

Serah just waved to him, and merrily went to sleep. Only to be plagued by weird dreams in which she was married to Valdyr and their small, annoying kid played happily with his niece.

Horknath smiled softly at her. "Hello", he answered, caressing her cheek. He seemed a bit hesitant, this time. As if he thought that ehatever had happened the night before wasn't giving him any right to touch her right now. "You're probably tired already of hearing me say this but, damn. You are really gorgeous. Especially when the first daylight washes over you like this...", he added, caressing her arm. Then he widened his eyes. ... oh Gods had he just really said that. Just how mushy could he be- he hid his face in his hand with a groan.

UVU SHE'LL START QUESTIONING HERSELF NOW "oh god do I have a crush"

Horknath peeked through his fingers, his cheeks all dark. "A moment wouldn't suffice, princess", he answered, gruffly. "I'm afraid I'd end up having you be late for breakfast."

EHEHEHE. Valdyr woke up early though, and checked on Yvan, before he went to the big dining room where he had breakfast with Sakrish, and explained him about their whole situation.

"It's still very early", Carleen objected, with a smile. "If we get started right now, I wouldn't even be late for breakfast," she teased him, slowly caressing his belly.

Serah reached them, still looking damn tired. And confused about her own thoughts. She uttered a few good mornings before sitting down and drowning herself into breakfast.

Horknath shivered. Well, how to say no to that. "Alright then. But..." He propped himself up on his elbow, looking at her a bit smugly. "... this time, if you'd like, I'd wish to treat you." And by how he licked his lips, what he meant was unmistakable.

Valdyr sat down beside Serah at some point. "I've been talking to lord Sakrish," he began, then waited to see if she was awake enough for a serious talk.

Carleen bit her lower lip, unable to prevent her cheeks from flushing a bit at the though. "Oh. But won't you feel frustrated in the meantime? I mean- I'd offer you to treat you back in the same time, but I'm afraid you're a bit too tall for that," she told him, a bit... shyly? Well, after all, this was a first for her.

Serah made a startled noise that sounded like "I wasn't thinking about owning a farm!". Yes, she had kinda fallen asleep in her breakfast. She blinked owlishly at Valdyr then, and sighed. "Sorry, sorry. I'm awake. So, what did our host say!", she asked with a grin.

Horknath inwardly highfived himself for finally having her blush. "It will be ok", he reassured her, bending slightly to kiss her gently, first on her cheek, then on her mouth. "Watching you writhe in pleasure beneath me will be plenty of a payback", he growled against her lips. Good thing he had had plenty of time to prepare himself to be brave!

Valdyr arched a brow, but made no comment on her state. "He said that if Yvan must stay until he recovers, we can stay. But he would like to ask for our services from time to time, like escorting him, stuff like that. What do you think?"

"You can't be real", Carleen laughed kindly against his lips, as she settled down comfortably against her mattress.

Serah hummed, playing with her fork. "Well, I think that's fair. I mean, we need to pay him back somehow, right? So I guess we'll do what we do better. Kick asses!", she smiled at him.

Horknath smiled. "Why not?", he asked, as he settled between her legs, gently pushing them apart. "I just want to please you", he added, bending down to nuzzle at her belly, kissing it.

Valdyr smiled back at her. "I just hope we won't get too used to a sedentary kind of life. I mean. We'll still need to leave as soon as Yvan gets better."

On his side, Sakrish went to find Delilah, a plan forming in his mind!

Carleen shivered, and ran a hand through his hair. "... I've never met a man who cared that much about my pleasure," she admitted with a soft smile.

Serah nodded. "That's true. I'd hate to get all rusty", she sighed. "I thought I could practice a bit today. Wanna join me? I can show you aaall my best moves!", she said, smirking at him.

Delilah was already on the training grounds. She was following a strict schedule to get better at her swordfighting, as usual!

Horknath looked at her, almost startled. "... just what kind of selfish bastards have you met until now?", he exclaimed, sounding outraged. "You'd better believe I'd spend days on my knees worshiping you, and that's what I intend to do now", he murmured, kissing his way down on her belly and gently kneading her thighs, getting nearer and nearer to her core.

Valdyr arched a brow. "I haven't even registered yesterday where the training ground is," he said with a smile. "But why not. I'd just like to check on Horknath first, to make sure he knows about Yvan."

Sakrish thus when to the training grounds, and tried to get her attention. "Delilah?"

Carleen laughed kindly once more, but soon bit her lower lip, her breathing heavier. "I guess I've just been unlucky... until yesterday evening."

Serah snorted. "Yeah, good luck finding him. I tried to knock on his door this morning, but no one answered. I think he didn't get back there, yesterday night." She snickered. "Hey, maybe he really got with a girl!"

Delilah noticed him standing near the training grounds and put her sword away. She walked up to him, then bowing. "Yes, my Lord?"

Horknath laughed kindly. Then he brought his complete attention to her inner thighs, kissing and nibbling on them. He teased her for a while like this before finally licking a long, wet stripe on her core.

"... Or he got into trouble," Valdyr though out loud. "I mean. Knowing Horknath, he maybe was a bit restless yesterday night and took a walk." Yes, he was willing to believe that before admitting that Horknath perhaps slept with someone.

Sakrish joined his hands. "I've been thinking," he said. "About my daughter. She's been pretty... unlucky so far. But was if she actually needed a true noble gentleman to look after her?" he said with a smile, arching a brow.

Carleen couldn't help but moan softly when she finally felt him, trying hard not to close her legs by reflex. She felt oddly shy, yet couldn't help herself from staring at him.

Serah laughed, arching a brow. "Are you scared to admit that perhaps our big, soft boy grew up? They grow up fast, don't they", she cooed. Just before silencing fast as her weird dreams came back to her memory, along with that weird feeling in her gut.

Delilah frowned slightly. She didn't really like the idea of having some God-knows-who nobleman around Carleen. But of course she couldn't really pull out all her heartbreaks in front of his unknowing father. "Did you have someone in mind, my Lord?", she asked politely.

Horknath set a leisurely slow pace, licking and kissing her folds, sometimes flicking his tongue over her clit, while his hands gently kept her legs open for him. He looked up at her, hoping she was enjoying herself.

Valdyr frowned slightly. "No. It's just that we can't ever be too careful." He sighed. "But you're right. Maybe I'm way too worried for what it is. I'll go fetch my stuff for training.

"Well," Sakrish said with a slight smile. "That magician isn't so bad. He's got a good sense of humor, he's good looking... alright he broke his leg like an idiot yesterday, but that might be our chance!"

Oh she was. Carleen actually was biting her lower lip and tensing her hands on Horknath's hair, trying hard not to sound like she was enjoying herself way too much at that moment. Which she was. She couldn't help the few moans that escaped her.
