Mihawk simply nodded. He wasn't going to distract her from enduring the pain; it was an operation that required full concentration. He limited himself in escorting her - more like following her - until they finally arrived at the infirmary's door.

Jinbe started eating eagerly from his plate, not losing hiself in other words. He was a man with a very good stomach and he didn't like it empty. With a full mouth, he gestured towards his colleague's dish, with an interrogative expression that said: "Aren't you going to eat? Because if you don't do it faster enough, rest assured that I will."

Akainu froze a bit, as he was trying to understand perfectly what Borsalino was telling him. "You do love me... Do you ? Are you ready to prove it with another thing than a kiss?" It was so dangerous to ask for THAT!

Fina entered the infirmary and asked for her wound to be treated right away. Hopefully it was done perfectly, and she turned to look at Mihawk, quite relieved. "There. No screams, no tears. I bet someone is really upset to have failed so hard ~"

Buggy looked at him with FEAR in his eyes, protecting his plate with both arms. Not a wise move because how to grab his fork that way? Well he finally went for the tool and started to eat, still watching at his.. colleague. "Dun'you dare steal food! One man did that to me once, during a party! It was terrible!"

Kizaru eased down, and smiled fondly at Akainu, as he walked back to him, slowly. "The question is: are you willing to let me show you just how much I love you?" He was so close now, that he could just lean in closer and finally kiss that man he'd love for so long. But he waited, and gazed at those fine, thin lips.

And speaking about Buggy's trauma, it might have happened because of a certain red-haired man. Who enjoyed drinking and eating, would it be from his own glass and plate or from others'. Just saying ~

Jinbe laughed, gesturing for his colleague not to worry. "I was just kidding, I am not the kind of person that steals food from others' plates... But really someone did that to you?" The fishman smiled, finding it amusing. He glanced at his plate, now empty, and leant back on his chair, assuming a relaxed pose. Looking around, he noticed some of his colleagues were gone already. "This room is getting empty pretty fast...", he mumbled.

Mihawk offered her a small, amused smirk. "Maybe he will tear off the last hairs he has on his head. If he is desperate enough." The warlord fixed his hat on his head and glanced at her. "Do you still feel like having me over at your place? Or maybe would you prefer to cancel our rendezvous?", he asked politely.

"I don't like the way you are saying I never realized your feelings or whatever if you never really showed them to me" Akainu grumbled, staying still. "So I prefer you prove it to me, so I can judge."

"Shanks is the kind to steal your food and not letting you having it back" Buggy sighed and looked around. "Woaw, am I really that slow or no one wants to be in the same room with me !"

Fina chuckled at the idea of Mingo with less hair - indeed a ridiculous vision - then looked at the other Warlord with determination, and a bit of amusement. "Will we let that future bald frustrated guy ruin the evening? It would be a shame"

Kizaru chuckled, and slowly caught Akainu's hand between his, to bring his knuckle to his lips, kissing it softly. "How about... I prove it to you tonight, Sakazuki ? I could take you out, we would have dinner to a nice place... I would bring you back to your quarters, and if I feel lucky enough, kiss you for good this time. And... maybe more, if you're in the mood," he said with a smile, still caressing his hand between his.

"Shanks, eh? That's right, you know him since a lot of time, don't you? Are you two friends?" Jinbe asked casually, genuinely curious. He shrugged a bit at Bugy's exclamation. "I simply think that no one of our colleagues is willing to spend too much time with each other, or with marines, if it is not strictly necessary. They don't quite like each other. Even if there are some exceptions..."

Mihawk's smile got a bit wider. "Indeed, it would be a shame. I'm not inclined to waste this evening because of... that thing." He dismissed it with a gesture, and offered her his arm. "Shall we?"

Akainu couldn't help it but smiled at the offer. He nodded, letting his hand in his colleague's, maybe even pressing it a bit. "Why not. Seems pretty fun. I don't have a relaxing evening since......" Since the day he was BORN

"Oh" Buggy shrugged, their loss. And his thoughts went to Shanks, and he frowned. "I am not really his pal, to be honest. He is so annoying, so.... egoistic. He NEVER listens to me. Never!"

"We shall" Fina answered with a smile, taking his arm with pleasure. "Let's forget about everything except the both of us"

Kizaru laid another kiss on Akainu's knuckle, before he let it go. "I'll come and pick you up tonight, then. Now if you'll excuse me... I have some paperwork to do for you ~"

"Really? That's weird... I didn't imagine he was like that. He gives out the impression of a nice man..." Jinbe observed carefully the frown that formed on Buggy's face when Shanks became the topic of the conversation. 'Maybe it's a sore argument for him... it doesn't seem he likes him very much.'

Mihawk let her guide the path towards her quarters. He let out an amused chuckle, that evolved quickly in a low whisper. "What a nice sound do those words have. I am sure I will really enjoy making you forget completely about your surroundings."

"Really, you are going to work ?" Akainu grumbled, slightly amused though. "I would say it is the biggest surprise of the day" You mean boss!

"Yes a nice idiot" Buggy shook his head, but couldn't help a smile on his lips. "Yet I can't deny that sometimes, it's fun to be around an idiot. You forget your own troubles."

"Completely?" Fina repeated, looking at him with interest. "I wonder if it's possible to lose our mind at this point"

"I have to make sure you'll be satisfied with me, otherwise that might ruin our date ~" replied Kizaru with a wink, before he made it for the door. "I'll come and pick you up at seven, alright ?" That old idiot almost looked like a happy teenager, for a brief moment.

Jinbe couldn't help but smile too. For some reason, the way the clown described Shanks brought Luffy to his mind. Yes, he couldn't deny it was refreshing to be around people like that. They were so enthusiastic about life... "Yes, I think I understand what you mean. People like that really have the ability to make you forget about your problems at least for a little while! And you learn how to let yourself go a bit."

"Of course it is. It's easier than you would think. You just need the right mindset and the right person." Mihawk glanced back at her. "Do you think it is possible?"

"Don't be late" Akainu grumbled while returning to his desk. Translated, that meant 'I will be ready for you' of course.

"Yeah..." Buggy nodded, then said in a lower voice. "To be honest, I'm regretting him more since I'm a warlord. Our colleagues are too scary for me"

"With you, obviosuly" Fina had a gentle smile, really happy to be with him. "You are a nice man, you are interesting and intelligent, so of course"

Kizaru smiled when he looked one last time at Akainu - or, more precisely, at his fine ass - and then went out, to get everything ready for their evening... and doing that famous paperwork, of course.

Somewhere else, not so far away to be honest, Shanks laid his hand on his heart, in a state of shock. "I have the feeling Buggy is saying something nice about me, somewhere." Because, of course, Buggy OWNED his heart. Well. A special place in it. There were many people in Shank's heart. So many.

"Hm, I'm honestly curious now. Which one of them scares you the most?" Understanding that the question could be seen as a mean to make fun of him, Jinbe reassured the clown quickly. "Just to exchange impressions. I can tell you mine afterwards!" He crossed his arms, waiting patiently for his colleague to finish eating.

Mihawk simply nodded in her direction with a small smile curving his lips, keeping her arm entwined with his own, letting her guide him. In the back of his brain, a malicious voice was musing after just how PISSED Doflamingo would have been if they'd meet him later...

"Doflamingo!" Buggy answered without an hesitation. "I mean... First he is very tall. And always grinning. Like he could eat you alive. And he is powerful too, and seems totally out of his mind. Maybe he will kill me in a corridor just because my existence bugs him!" *PUN INTENDED*

And the pink warlord would have been even more pissed off to see Fina was opening the door of her quarters. Like every officer, she had a nice apartment, with a bright living room, a bedroom and her own bathroom. It was not luxuous but you could felt it was nice and warm to live here

Oh yes, Doflamingo would have been pissed about Fina welcoming Mihawk into her very own appartments. But for the moment... He was busy spying on Jinbe and Buggy from afar, quite amused by their conversation.

Jinbe nodded, in full agreement. "You are right. That man is completely mad, and pretty dangerous. Mad and dangerous. I would like to avoid to cross paths with him... even though I am pretty sure I could be able to keep him at bait, at least a bit. I would be more worried if I had to fight against someone like Mihawk. Thankfully enough we are friends..." He muttered under his breath. "Boa Hancock seems pretty unstable too. I don't really want to irritate her."

Mihawk stepped in the apartment, taking his hat off while admiring the surroundings. It quite suited Fina, honestly: nothing pompous, or excessively luxurious, nor too spartan. Just the right level of comfortable and nice. "Your place is quite nice", he said, looking at her.

"Mihawk..." Buggy rubbed his chin, thinking. "I know him because Shanks talked to me about him a lot. I am glad not to be his enemy. Anyone that can defeat that punk is obviously too strong for me." About Hancock, well, Buggy kinda knew he couldn't stand a chance, the poor baby

"Thanks" Fina smiled at him and invited him to sit. "Officers that live in the HQ can have a nice place to live in. I know that not everyone has this chance, sadly"
