5- Behind the mask

Dean shivered, and bit his lip. Oh boy. Yes, to him those words sounded definitely dirty. "Tell you what", he murmured, glancing back at his boyfriend to throw him a smug smile. "Talk like that while you use them, and I will most definitely say the exact same thing. Just a little breathier, I guess." He licked his lips.

Crowley let out a small snort himself. He smiled, a bit bitterly, but he decided to go sit down next to his lover. Well. It was a difficult moment for him - and he had called him the embodiment of perfection. "I do hope you're just talking about me", he answered a bit teasingly, before adding, "and I'm afraid that's exactly the kind of world you live in. You've been fed a lot of lies - angels are anything but perfect, charitable and good beings. Well, they are, if they want to. But they are just like humans in the end. Just a bit more... high up."

Castiel bit on his own lower lip while looking at Dean. "... Tomorrow," he reasoned himself. "This was a long day." He stopped massaging Dean to hug him from behind, caressing his torso, softly. He laid a kiss on his boyfriend's neck, lovingly.

Hanakael ran his hands on his face, and took a deep breath. "... I'm sorry. You wanted a regular evening and I'm here, working myself up over some previous life I have no memory of." He sighed. "I should be happy with what this life brought me. You, namely," he said with a soft smile.

Dean sighed happily, letting Castiel kiss his neck and hug him. He turned a bit, to kiss him lightly. "My turn", he murmured with a smile. "C'mon. Turn around, hm?" He was actually quite happy he got to massage and get his hands all over his boyfriend's back. Since he started doing a bit of exercise, it had gotten... really, really nice.

Crowley rolled his eyes theathrically. "And here I thought a relationship was all dine out and have sex in weird places", he commented sarcastically before flashing him a smile. "Darling. I made a whole drama about my own past - so much that it has become the main drive of my hatred towards humankind. You don't have to justify yourself with me", he added a bit more gently, raising a hand to caress his cheek.

"Alright," Castiel sighed, before he complied. He turned his back to Dean, and actually stretched a bit his back muscles before he started. Oddly enough, back work were his favourite exercises. His back muscles were particularly neat looking now.

Hanakael chuckled softly, and gazed at Crowley with pure fondness. "I love you," he ended up whispering softly, for the first time since they had started their relationship. It came out naturally. He loved that man - demon - so much the words just escaped him.

Dean licked his lips again because damn. That looked so hot. He let his hands roam over those muscles, and then started to gently massage Castiel's back, spreading the hot water and soap over it. At some point he did lean in as well, to whisper, "You look gorgeous, you know. I could eat you up." It was simply a playful observation, of curse. Even he was too tired for more sex right now!

Crowley blinked. And he blinked again. Those words actually caught him so much by surprise that for the first time ever, Hanakael could see him be completely speechless. A very rare sight. Things didn't get better when, after seconds of stunned silence, he just managed to blurt out a "Thanks", all while his face got red. He cursed loudly when he managed to understand how he had answered to such a heartfelt outpouring of sentiment. "Shit - I mean-" Strangely endearing, to see him so genuinely pleased and embarrassed at the same time!

Castiel felt his cheeks flush with that sweet comment. "I don't think it would be healthy for you, or safe for me," he replied with the hint of a smile. He sighed softly and then moaned when he felt Dean undoing a knot in his back.

"..." Hanakael burst out laughing. Crowley's genuine, startled and bashful reaction was so unexpected he couldn't help it. He laughed gleefully, and had a hard time trying to stop himself, looking back at his lover with a tender gaze.

Dean simply chuckled, and kept on pressing down on Castiel's back muscles, gently, kneading them. "Oh, don't be cheeky with me now", he murmured, leaning in to kiss the back of his neck. "You know perfectly well that there is at least one way I could actually eat you up... and that wouldn't be unhealthy, nor unpleasant." He grinned, and shifted a bit to kiss his shoulder.

Crowley scoffed, trying hard to fight such a shameful surge of embarrassment like he had never felt since... well, centuries! He assumed an offended expression and turned away, almost pouting, his face still red as he downed his whiskey in a single gulp.

"It wouldn't be wise to do it tonight," Castiel protested. He sighed again, and let Dean massage him a bit more before he turned to face him again, and laid a soft kiss on his lips.

Hanakael finally calmed down, and had to wipe tears off his eyes. He eventually straightened up a bit, and wrapped an arm around Crowley. "Sorry. I know I probably took you off guard. It's just- you're so perfect," he whispered, before he kissed the demon's ear. "I love you so much."

Dean scoffed, then chuckled as he blissfully kissed his boyfriend back, wrapping his arms around him. "I know, Cas. I was just teasing you", he replied against his lips, kissing him again.

Crowley actively tried to scoff and let out at least a couple of displeased noises. He really did try. He couldn't keep on the façade for long though, and soon enough he had turned back to Hanakael again. When he was sure the blood had stopped flowing to his cheeks. He wrapped his arms around Hanakael as well, holding him and kissing his lips. "You are infuriating", he commented, sounding mildly amused. "I do love you as well, though."

Castiel smiled against Dean's lips, and gently nibbled on them. "I know. I might be dense, but I'm not that dense," he protested gently. Soon enough, he finished washing himself, and kissed Dean one last time before he stepped out of the shower.

Hanakael's smile widened a bit. "So... demons are capable of love, then? I thought you had lost your soul?"

Dean chuckled, and kissed him back before stepping out as well, and start to dry himself up. As soon as he was finished - since he was quite touchy, at least when he was with Castiel - he stepped forward to hug him from behind, gently kissing his cheek.

Crowley grinned. "I'll admit, it's quite rare. Almost unheard of." He pulled Hanakael in for a soft kiss on the lips. "But not impossible. Soul or not soul, I still remember what love feels like."

Castiel smiled fondly, and relaxed a bit in Dean's arms, until he had to suppress a yawn. "We should go to bed, Dean ," he whispered, with a tired voice.

Hanakael kissed him back lovingly. In fact, when he pulled away... His eyes might look like they had flashed blue for a split second. Yet he didn't seem to have noticed it.

"Let's go then", Dean murmured, kissing Castiel once again. He begrudgingly let go of him and quickly dried himself up, fetching his clean underwear. He honestly did feel quite tired!

Crowley did notice it. For just an instant. He merely squinted for a second before shrugging, and simply leaning in for another kiss. Ah, hell. There was tomorrow, if he wanted to hurry!

Castiel dried himself up as well and quietly walked with Dean to bed, gently taking his boyfriend's hand in his.

Hanakael would never notice it, but maybe his powers activated from time to time, to grant Crowley a sort of humanity back. It was barely noticeable, but it was still there.

"Cas, are you ready?" Dean was looking at his watch, foot tapping on the floor. It was the day when Raphael was getting married - or the day Selena was going to make an honest man out of him, like she enjoyed to put it. They weren't late, actually - and none of them was the best man, so they didn't have to be there early like Gabriel had to. They still were running tight on time, since they had come home pretty late from the bachelor's party!

"No," Castiel replied a bit hurriedly, while coming out of the bedroom in a rush. "Can you help me with my tie?" He had put on a white shirt, black pants, and was holding a black tie. Thank god he wasn't putting the trench coat on, because he looked oddly like his previous self. Yet also very young and cute at the same time.

Dean gulped. Granted, dressed like that, Castiel really did look like his old, previous self. But with that helpless expression and younger face, he was just so cute he couldn't withstand it. He nodded, taking the tie in his hands before starting to work on a knot (taking the excuse to get particularly close to him). He was dressed in a similar way, actually - just his tie was blue, not black, and the suit was grey. "You should learn how to do this", he gently poked at him, throwing him a smile.

"I've tried," Castiel sighed. "I'm sorry. Dressing up is not my thing." He actually put on shirts sometimes, but he was more likely to put on open shirts over T-shirts than dressing up like this. "Suits look good on you, though," he said with a soft smile.

"Thank you. And it's ok, I don't mind showing you how to put on a tie", Dean chuckled. He studied Castiel's appearance, straightened the tie a bit, and then took a step back. He observed him from head to toe, and whistled. "Well, sorry for your brother, but you're definitely going to steal the scene." His boyfriend looked gorgeous!

"You're just saying that because I'm your boyfriend," Castiel gently protested, with a smile. He extended his hand to Dean. "Should we go?"

Dean rolled his eyes. "I'm saying it because you're way sexier than any of your brothers, and that's the gospel truth to me". he commented with a smirk before accepting his hand and escorting him away. He gently squeezed it, fingers entwining together. His heart leapt in his chest when the thought that, maybe, just maybe, one day it could have been their turn to walk to the altar - sort of - passed through his brain.

Castiel smiled softly. "I find you really sexy too," he replied without a doubt. He too did think about getting married with Dean one day. He too felt sort of giddy at the thought. He gently tightened his grip on Dean's hand, letting out a soft sigh.

The ride to the garden of the villa where Selena and Raphael were getting married didn't take long - and mercifully enough, the weather was splendid. Dean smiled at the sky, after parking his Baby, and silently thanked Bobby for that. He was sure he had to do with it, somehow! He walked to Castiel's side of the car, smiling at him. "Let's go", he said softly, offering him his hand again.
Hoping his mother was not there!

Hopefully, not. Yet. But Castiel couldn't care less in that moment. He smiled brightly when he looked around, and couldn't help but hold back a chuckle. "Somehow, you can tell that Selena chose most of the decoration. It isn't Raphael's thing at all."

Meanwhile, Raphael was gulping down meds, while grunting. "Like I said, as the best man, your role was also to make sure I didn't drink too much," he scolded Gabriel, who was probably at his side.

Dean laughed. "How can you say that?", he asked. After all, he didn't know Selena that much, so he hinestly had no idea what the decorations would have looked like if Raphael had chosen them!

"Actually as your best man, my first and most sacred duty was to make sure you had fun. It's your fault - you didn't want a stripper, so I had to get you drunk", Gabriel protested, smiling mischeviously. He patted his brother's back though, a bit sympathetically. "Nervous?"
