Welp, that was impossible not to hear. Dean almost choked on his own pleasured sound and his eyes opened wide as he quickly got away from Castiel, like he had gotten burnt. He cleared his throat too, quickly rearranging himself to look...not as ravished as he actually looked, buttoning up his trousers. He hastily gestured for the angel to do the same. "What is it!", he yelled questioningly, keeping his voice steady.

"Please tell me you're still dressed," Sam grunted, annoyed. "I need an archive. Now. And there's an impatient angel who almost zapped himself into the room with you to get it." He ran a hand on his face. He was so not ready for what he was about to witness.
Castiel had a hard time to close his pants again, and almost protested out loud when he also made his own wings disappear.

Dean grunted, feeling just as annoyed as Castiel. He shot he angel a glance filled with 'sorry's as he stomped towards the door, his pace filled with irritation as he tucked his wings away too. He opened the door with the key, ready to face Sam with a very deep scowl on his face. Walking was quite uncomfortable at the moment. "We are still dressed", he answered, mocking him. "And that one better learn about behaving like a normal person."

Sam was about to replied, but since Dean opened the door, he had to prevent Hanakael from entering. Yes. Hanakael, who frowned slightly, and was standing there, standing still and ominous.
Sam actually shot his brother a look that said 'I was about to kill someone please forgive me.'
"We need the archive from October 25th, 1938," Hanakael stated, his face devoid of any emotion.

Dean rolled his eyes, but didn't comment. He glared in Hanakael's direction. "Ok buddy, listen up. Come in and take your files or whatever. But I won't stand for you behaving however the hell you want while you stay in our bunker. 'kay? So, if you want something, you come and knock and say please", he concluded. Then he stepped aside, gesturing for them to go in. Hoping that Cas had gotten a hold of himself.

Hanakael glared back at him. "I still don't get why you would lock yourselves up inside the archives-" he stopped dead in his tracks, when he saw Cas awkwardly emerging from behind one of the shelves. His eyes had immediately drifted to that not-hidden hickey on his neck. Cas did seem to notice, for he looked purposedly elsewhere, and cleared his throat as he readjusted his trenchcoat's collar.
Sam pressed his lips together, wishing he could just dive into a hole and lose all of his memories at once.

Dean followed Hanakael's gaze and he didn't need to be particularly bright to know what he was looking at. He flushed a bit with embarrassment, feeling as awkward as a teenager who had been caught looking for porn sites. And in front of his own brother. God. He cleared his throat. "That's none of your business. Just take your damn files", he said, defensively.

"... I do hope nothing happened near those files," Hanakael sighed, as he went to look for that specific archive.
Sam was trying so hard to cover all of his embarrassment with awkward coughing, but he just failed miserably. Bearing with the angel through the whole day had been painful already, but this was just too much.

Dean closed his eyes, trying to forget where he was and who was there with him. He found himself actually hoping for the sweet release of Death. That would have been less painful than looking at Sam anyway. "Nothing happened anywhere", he hissed through gritted teeth. "Did anybody tell you you are a very decent guest, by the way."

Hanakael actually remained silent for a while, freezing. He had thought about Crowley for a moment, and the thought itself pained him. He sighed, yet went to look for his archive.
"I, uhm. I'll go back to the main room," Sam said awkwardly, as he shot Dean a sorry smile.

Dean shook his head, shooting a glance back at Sam. He looked utterly embarrassed. "Yeah, alright", he told him. "I swear nothing happened", he quickly added, feeling like he should. "And... have you... heard from Eileen?", he remembered to ask, trying to be as delicate as possible. Well, it was pretty late in the afternoon. It was kind of legitimate to wonder.

Sam cleared his throat, not daring to look at Dean just yet. "No. I still haven't replied to her," he said, a bit embarrassed, actually.

Dean nodded awkwardly. "Oh. Alright, uh... don't make her get worried though", he said. "I'll see you later then", he added on a second thought, then walking away to reach for Castiel. Who was probably way more embarrassed than him.

Sam nodded, and went back to the common room. He sighed when he took his phone out, staring back at Eileen's text left unanswered since that morning. He had thought all day long about an answer, any answer he could give her. And yet in that moment, he just felt miserable. Before he could think it through, he typed a short "I'm sorry" to reply to her text, and then collapsed in an armchair, clutching his hands into his hair.

Castiel was... well. Shameful, mostly. And still trying to forget how hard he had been cock-blocked just moments ago. "I, uh." He started awkwardly, not daring to look at Dean. "We should perhaps go to your room," he whispered to Dean.

Eileen had reached her next stop an exhausting eight and a half hours after she had sent that text. She should have been gathering infos about a supposed nest of vampires that was not so far from Indian Springs, but she was too tired from the trip. And besides, she had a lot of thoughts running around in her head right now. She was just relaxing after her shower, still absently looking at her thread, when she felt her phone buzz at her side. She eagerly picked it up, just to frown at Sam's cryptic and...worrying answer. Did that mean no? "Sorry about what? That you know nothing about it?" She felt a bit bummed about it, honestly.

Dean shifted uncomfortably on his feet, shuffling awkwardly. Yeah, he was suffering the consequences of that cock-blocking too. "Yeah. Let's go", he whispered back to Castiel, reaching for his hand. He couldn't wait to be as far away from Hanakael as possible.

Sam bit his lip while looking at that text, and took a deep breath. "It's all my fault," he answered pathetically. "I thought I could give in to that feeling, that it wouldn't affect you or us."

Castiel gently squeezed Dean's hand and... deployed his wings to get them to their room fast, still deeply flustered by that whole situation. He swallowed hard, and only then did he dare to look at him in the eye.

Eileen let out a deep breath she didn't know she was holding. Sam's answer made her feel so honestly relieved that she almost disregarded that part about fault. She tilted her head, still frowning as she answered, "Do you think I am unhappy about this?" She reflected a bit, then kept typing. "Do you wish to talk about it?" She grimly thought that maybe he felt bad because he didn't want that kind of connection with her.

Dean blinked, a bit startled by the sudden change of location. He looked at Castiel, trying to catch his wandering gaze. "Hey. Don't feel embarrassed. They'll forget about it", he said a bit awkwardly, trying to reassure him with a smile. Even if thinking back to Sam's expression, he felt a bit like dying.

Sam bit his lower lip. That woman was way too good to him. Way too perfect. He took another deep breath, and texted back. "I'm still panicking a bit. I don't think I'm ready to text about it yet. I'm sorry."
Then, thinking over it a bit, he added, "Do you feel unhappy?"

Castiel licked his lips. "I- my arousal still hasn't wore down, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to go back to the way we were moments ago," he confessed, a bit awkwardly.

Eileen's frown deepened. "I don't. I was glad to know there was someone I knew at the other side of the thread", she answered. "I'm sorry if it wasn't what you expected." She stared at the last piece of text she had typed, before deleting it. It felt... too bitter. "It's fine. We can talk about it another time."

Dean nodded a bit awkwardly, looking down to stare at his own, still visible half hard-on. "I get it", he answered. "We can just... lay down and... wait for it to go away?" The suggestion itself felt weird. Normally he would have proposed to just start over again, but he didn't want to make Castiel feel uneasy.

Sam stared at his phone for a good five minutes after that last text, before he finally replied. "Where are you?"

Castiel nodded a bit awkwardly. "How do you feel about... grooming?" he asked, his voice low, avoiding his gaze. And cleared his throat. He knew that wing-grooming quickly evolved with Dean, and it felt like a soothing and reassuring way to start over.

Eileen raised an eyebrow. Well, he had changed topic. She had said it was fine, right. "Nevada. I got some informations about a nest of vampires, so I came to check it out." She bit her lower lip, before adding, "Why?"

Dean tilted his head, looking at Castiel. Even though he was avoiding his eyes. He hid back a smile at that suggestion, though. He definitely felt like grooming a bit. Especially if it... evolved in interesting ways, like it usually did. "We can do that", he answered encouragingly.

"I can't text about it," Sam texts first, before looking for words. "But I'd like to see you." He missed her. He missed her so much, and feared for her life, and what if she died before they ever got a chance to talk about it? What if he lost her too soon, like he did everytime? "Please."

Castiel nodded, and took off his coat this time, and his shoes. When he walked towards the bed, though, he resolved to take off everything else excluding his underwear, so they would be more comfortable with their new... activity.

Eileen stared at the screen of her phone, thinking about that answer. Maybe thinking too much in depth about it. But after all, it could have been better to talk about it face to face. Even if that meant being told "Let's keep it friendly" while staring at Sam's sorry, puppy face. She sighed. "You're still in Lebanon, Kansas? Same place?"

Dean imitated Castiel, quickly discarding every piece of clothing safe from his underwear. He walked up to the bed, feeling suddenly awkward about being almost naked. He wondered why. After all, it wasn't like it was anything new! He sat down, trying to find a comfortable position.

"Yes," Sam replied, before he gave it a thought. "Do you want to meet halfway?"

Castiel awkwardly smiled at Dean, before he spread out his wings. He took the time to stretch them a bit, licking his lower lip.

Eileen thought about it too. "I am quite far away", she observed. "If you are willing to go on a day-long trip yourself, we could meet up faster. New Castle in Colorado seems to be about halfway." She forced herself to swallow down her nervousness.

Dean smiled at Castiel too, before unfurling his own wings. He stretched them carefully, moving them a bit. He could almost still feel the angel's hands travelling over his feathers. That thought made him shiver.
